In a landscape where donors often lack clear, comparable information about how NGOs operate and what impact they create, Shafaf Bhalai provides independent, evidence-based evaluations focused on transparency, governance, and real-world outcomes.
We are not an NGO, and we do not run programs of our own.
Our role is to act as a neutral, donor-first platform that helps people make informed, confident decisions about where to give.
By evaluating nonprofits and highlighting underfunded, high-impact organizations, we enable direct, trust-driven giving so every rupee supports work that genuinely makes a difference.
At our core, Shafaf Bhalai is building the public trust infrastructure for philanthropy in Pakistan, where transparency comes first, and impact follows.
